Improve your media analytics and data collaboration by resolving fragmented consumer touchpoints to a single person or household-based pseudonymous identifier, RampID.

    Overview

LiveRamp’s Identity Resolution capabilities enable the connection of consumer identifiers to a pseudonymous persistent identifier called the RampID. Consumer identifiers continue to proliferate and the ability to resolve touch points to a pseudonymous person or household based identifier drives enhanced analytics, accurate data enrichment and the ability to create audience segments and measure at a person level.

This service currently resolves offline identifiers — including Personally Identifiable Information (PII such as name, postal, email, phone) — using LiveRamp’s industry-leading consumer knowledge graph.

Identity Resolution drives the following benefits:

    • Person (or household) based analytics: consolidation of consumer identifiers to a pseudonymous person (or household) based view enables a full understanding of customer preferences and exposures.
    • More accurate clean room collaboration: RampID shields a customer’s personally identifiable information, while offering greater data connectivity between partners than relying on hashed emails.
    • More frequent refreshes: unlock the opportunity to refresh your person-based view at the same rate connections are made by LiveRamp, without the operational overhead around managing file deliveries.

    Details:

    • Restrictions: We abide by strict data ethics standards and Identity Resolution use cases must go through a data ethics review and/or a RampID attestation prior to implementation.
    • Geography: This is available for the U.S. only.

    Schema:

    • Accepted input identifiers include: name | postal | email | phone | RampID
    • Output: RampID
