Understand Cloud Adoption Business Case and Journey, engage with key stakeholders from Platform Engineering, Network, and Security departments, understand existing and future operating models, gather business and technical requirements, identify dependencies and integrations, and establish a high-level schedule.

TARGET STATE DESIGN

Establish design principles in alignment with customer requirements, design an AWS Control Tower-based scalable secure landing zone, define the scope for guardrails and policies within the landing zone, engage and establish an integrated design for the target state architecture, and finalize the account onboarding process.

BUILD AND ESTABLISH

Onboard AWS accounts for Control Tower deployment, develop and deploy solutions to address common services across the platform, automate baseline setup and resource enablement, build guardrails across the organization, and enable through a standardized deployment model.

HANDOVER to PLATFORM OPERATIONS TEAM

The landing zone built with AWS Control Tower must be operated efficiently. Plan a knowledge transition with the designated platform team to operate and govern them on an ongoing basis.
