This contract covers two separate charges for the VeriVax employee health platform. You pay a one-time Implementation Fee to stand up the platform for your organization. You also pay an annual User Management Fee, a fixed cost set by the number of employees or users you enroll. Both charges scale with your user count. The implementation fee is a setup cost, while the user management fee is your recurring yearly subscription. Together they cover initial platform stand-up and ongoing access for your workforce.

A user is an employee or staff member you enroll in the platform. The annual User Management Fee is a fixed cost tied to your total headcount enrolled. Each individual with access to the employee health platform counts toward your user count.
You pay the Implementation Fee once to stand up the VeriVax platform for your organization. The User Management Fee is a separate annual charge based on user count. The setup fee is one-time; the user fee recurs yearly. Both scale with the number of employees you enroll.
The platform covers automated immunization retrieval, compliance reporting, an employee portal, digital forms, online scheduling, and notifications. It is cloud-hosted on AWS with SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. These capabilities are part of the enrolled user access covered by your annual fee.
