You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Kingland's breadth of support encompasses three primary areas: Operational Support, Client Relationship Management, and Vendor Management & Security Engagement.
Operational Support covers a wide spectrum of Kingland support services and activities that are important to the ongoing success of the product usage. Operational Support is generally provisioned in a number of support hours per calendar quarter and includes support services and activities such as: support with upgrades and new releases; specific data inquiries and requests; minor modifications to product configurations; education of client personnel on product usage; and, ongoing meetings (as necessary) to align on support status and usage.
Client Relationship Management aims to deepen the relationship between Kingland and the client through product roadmap sessions, operational reviews (e.g. support ticket trends), and client road-mapping and scope prioritization sessions. Typically, sessions to cover these topic areas are conducted quarterly.
Vendor Management & Security Engagement includes the provision of key Kingland certifications such as SSAE 18 SOC 2, ISO 27001 (and other ISO certifications as relevant), policy level documentation, and completion of a vendor assessment. These artifacts and assessments are provided/scheduled on an annual basis.
