What do you like best about the product?

As a user of Attensi's training platform, I've seen firsthand how it has transformed learning in our restaurants. The immersive simulations and gamified elements make training not only effective but also fun. By practicing real-world scenarios, our team quickly builds confidence and proficiency without the pressure of real-time service.

The customisable modules are a huge plus, allowing us to tailor training to our specific needs. Tracking progress in real-time helps us identify areas for improvement and provide immediate feedback, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Since implementing Attensi, we've noticed faster onboarding, higher engagement, and improved performance across our staff. This has led to better customer service and a more efficient operation overall. Attensi has truly revolutionized the way we train, making it an invaluable tool for our restaurants.

What do you dislike about the product?

Other than getting hooked on it like it's the latest binge-worthy Netflix series, I don't think you'll find any. It's basically legal workplace gaming!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The induction process is becoming lighning-fast, and the information actually sticks. Our new hires are hitting the ground running with skills and knowledge that stay with them, thanks to the engaging and memorable training methods.

What do you like best about the product?

Attensi is, all in all, a good partner to work with. From the beginning till the very end, we were amazed by the excellent support, knowledge, and skills from the German Attensi team.

The product itself is a new learning experience for us. Still, it was easy to use and received a lot of positive feedback. Our sponsors are satisfied with the end product.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing to dislike about Attensi.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our employees have a lot of challenging contacts via phone. We wanted support our employees with this e-learning. With this product we will be able to conduct challenging discussions with persons entitled to benefits in a factual and professionally focused manner and at the same time emphatically bring them to a goal-oriented conclusion.

What do you like best about the product?

Using Attensi helps to engage users to play (learn) training content modules without telling them to do so. It's always easier if users are willing to learn rather someone telling them that it's important. With their simulated dialogs we can very well focus on behavior changes and rebuild real life scenarios. This makes the content feel relevant and real. Less passive learning --> more interactive learning. Using Attensi Skills the training modules are fast, short, fun, engaging, easy to use and understand. Using Attensi Portal helps us to deploy the training modules to the right users according to their position & roles. Customer Service department and helpdesk reacts very quick to support in any issues or questions. Attensi Creator helps us to create training modules by ourself without having coding skills. Very intuitive tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing that I dislike at this moment. I only see advantages and benefits in using it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We engage users to learn and even more important when it comes to real learning, users are repeating content not because we ask them for. They do it to get better results, points or to be on top of the leaderboard. Using Attensi Ai we can create content faster in different languages. This closes time to market.

What do you like best about the product?

Attensi is visually appealing and intuitively designed, making it easy to use both as an administrator when creating content and for the employees being trained. When customizing the training, creativity knows almost no bounds, and Attensi support is always quick and helpful if you ever find yourself at a loss. Attensi helps us successfully train our employees. Existing systems, regular updates, or exemplary interactions of everyday work can be easily represented. Attensi has become an integral part of our work environment and is not only used for onboarding. Thanks to Attensi, we have the opportunity to keep our employees regularly up to date in a playful and beautifully packaged way.

What do you dislike about the product?

That I do not have all Attensi products available. Which will certainly change in the near future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Attensi SKILLS and the CREATOR, we can structure our onboardings appealingly and establish a clear learning journey. New content can be automatically unlocked with the achieved level of knowledge or position. With the reports from Attensi, automated updates on the current status of the training can be provided, which leads to an ease in tracking the training.

What do you like best about the product?

An easy to use LMS that allows you to turn even the most boring topic into a fun, engaging training that your staff will get hooked on.

What do you dislike about the product?

Characters can take a little time to get used to, but modeling behaviors through them, it's a very effective way of training.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mobile first, turning text into interactive/gamified training, making learning fun so employees can constantly improve their knowledge.
