RX Service Overivew
One-page overview of RLWRLD's RX (Robotics Transformation) service: three stages — Landscaping, Deep dive, Master planning — that turn human jobs into a scored, dated humanoid deployment plan.
RX (Robotics Transformation) — Humanoid Deployment Readiness Assessment & Roadmap
RX (Robotics Transformation) is RLWRLD's field-proven consulting and data service for enterprises evaluating humanoid robots and Physical AI in real operations. RX re-expresses existing human jobs as robot-native task units, scores every task on both technical difficulty and field acceptance, and returns a dated, costed deployment roadmap — not a lab demo. The engagement runs in three stages: Landscaping (job standards, task criteria, data-collection design), Deep dive (44-item technology-readiness diagnostic plus a 12-domain field-readiness framework per task), and Master planning (deployment sequencing, human–robot operating model, and year-by-year headcount, impact and ROI projections). The output is a defensible answer to the question executives actually ask: which task, at which site, when, and for what return.
RX is delivered by a domain-expert team with 200+ on-site engagements across hospitality, retail, logistics and manufacturing, and is powered by three proprietary engines: RXDE (RX Data Engine — field video curation, motion-level segmentation and annotation into training-ready data assets), RXTRF (RX Task Readiness Framework — difficulty-minus-capability gap scoring that dates each task to a deployment quarter and names the blocking capability), and RXFDP (RX Fast-track Deployment Pathfinder — converts exceptions, tacit knowledge and operating constraints into technical requirements and an operationally credible schedule). Typical deliverables include a robot-native task taxonomy, task-level readiness and gap analysis with expected deployment timing, a prioritized rollout path, a task-specific data-collection and training methodology, a documented list of field constraints with engineered resolutions, and a human–humanoid operating model with KPI tracking. Engagements are scoped as a 1-week sample scan, a 1-month RX, or a 3-month full RX, optionally extended into a proof of concept. Keywords: Physical AI, humanoid robots, robot foundation model, VLA, task readiness assessment, robotics readiness, automation feasibility study, deployment roadmap, labor productivity, ROI analysis, training data strategy, warehouse automation, hospitality automation, manufacturing automation.
Related AWS services and AWS Marketplace products. RX helps customers adopt and operate robot foundation models on AWS. Field data captured during an RX engagement is stored, curated and versioned on Amazon S3; annotation, curation and model fine-tuning pipelines run on Amazon ParllelCluster and GPU-accelerated Amazon EC2 instances; inference for validated tasks is served from AWS and integrated to on-premise robots at the customer site. RX engagements are designed to be delivered alongside RLWRLD's robot foundation model RLDX-1, available on AWS Marketplace, and prepare the customer's task definitions and datasets for use with it. Customers are responsible for any AWS infrastructure charges incurred in their own accounts, separate from this AWS Marketplace transaction. Pre-purchase support: contact us through this listing and RLWRLD will respond within two business days to scope the engagement, confirm sites and timelines, and issue a private offer. Post-purchase support: a named engagement lead, weekly progress reviews, and a final deliverable walkthrough are included for the duration of the engagement; questions can be directed to partnership@rlwrld.ai at any time.
Highlights
- 1. Task-level readiness assessment, not a feasibility opinion Every job at your site is decomposed into robot-native task units and scored on 44 technical items plus 12 field-readiness domains. Each task returns a difficulty–capability gap, the specific capability blocking it, and an expected deployment quarter — so humanoid and Physical AI investment decisions rest on scores, not vendor promises.
- 2. A deployment roadmap your operations team can staff against RX delivers a prioritized rollout path with per-task timing, throughput and uptime targets, a human–robot operating model, and year-by-year headcount, impact and ROI projections. Field variables — exceptions, tacit knowledge, operating constraints — are priced into the schedule, so target dates hold up on a real floor.
- 3. Field-proven across 15+ site engagements, and AWS-ready by design Delivered by a domain-expert team with engagements at category leaders in hospitality, retail, logistics and manufacturing. Captured field data is curated and annotated into training-ready assets on AWS, preparing your task definitions and datasets for robot foundation model fine-tuning and deployment.

Support description
Pre-purchase. Email partnership@rlwrld.ai to discuss your sites, target job families and timeline. An RLWRLD engagement lead will respond within two business days to confirm scope, propose the appropriate engagement tier (1-week sample scan, 1-month RX, or 3-month full RX), and issue a private offer through AWS Marketplace. Scoping calls, site-visit planning and statement-of-work review are included at no charge before purchase.
Post-purchase. Every engagement is assigned a named engagement lead as your single point of contact for the full duration. Support includes a kickoff session to align objectives and site access, weekly progress reviews with interim findings, on-site coordination for all data-capture activities, and a final deliverable walkthrough with your operations and technology stakeholders. Questions raised by email are acknowledged within one business day and substantive responses provided within two business days, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 KST (UTC+9). Support is available in English, Korean and Japanese.
Escalation. If an issue is not resolved to your satisfaction by the engagement lead, email partnership@rlwrld.ai with "ESCALATION" in the subject line; it will be routed to RLWRLD's partnership management team within one business day. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the service terms in your private offer.
