You get insider risk detection across endpoints, cloud, and email. A single lightweight agent runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux, plus Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. It watches for data exfiltration, tracks trusted activity, and collects metadata on exfiltrated files. Forensic search and risk indicators help prioritize events.
Several capabilities are add-ons, not base features. Content Inspection for detecting PII and PCI data is an add-on. What do you like best about the product?
It gives me peace of mind knowing that our company data and intellectual property are protected. The use of AI to detect issues is also reassuring. Support is top-notch. The user interface is relatively easy to manage, thanks to onboarding from the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any major downsides, aside from the pricing and the limited integrations for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We store a lot of intellectual property in the cloud because we often need to use collaboration tools with outside service providers. It’s reassuring to have the peace of mind that security is being taken care of without adverse effect on performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration and usage. Good visibility in threats and easy tracking of users exceptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to have all tenants in one Incydr. Instead there was need to have separate tenants basing on user locations. Also there is a lot of False Positives alters at the beginning of set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let me manage user exception for example for granting usb access. It also let me track suspicious user activities.

Very robust software. It has a lot of features, and great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be a bit cumbersome, but they will walk you through it.
Price is not cheap, but it's well worth it.

We wanted email protection and education to be in the same platform. We are doing end-user training, as well as, detection of live spam and phishing. It has helped with mindless clicking of links within emails as well.
