Product video
KloudMate is a full-stack observability and SRE-Ops platform for cloud-native, microservices, and serverless environments running on AWS.
What it monitors: Application performance (APM) and distributed tracing, logs, metrics, real user monitoring (RUM), synthetic monitoring, Kubernetes and containers, databases, infrastructure, and network, all in one console, with no separate tools to stitch together.
How it works: The KM-Agent, an OpenTelemetry Collector distribution, deploys as a Kubernetes Deployment or DaemonSet and auto-instruments .NET, Php, Java, Node.js, Python, and Go services with no code changes. Connecting an AWS account brings EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, and RDS under monitoring in under 15 minutes, with 50+ AWS services supported.
Agentic AI SRE engine: KloudMate's AI layer continuously analyzes telemetry across your stack to detect anomalies, correlate root cause across services, and automatically resolve known incident patterns, reducing on-call load and cutting mean time to resolution (MTTR) without waiting on a human to start triage.
Frontend and pre-production visibility: RUM captures Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and links frontend performance directly to backend traces. Synthetic monitoring runs scheduled checks against endpoints and user journeys to catch failures before customers do.
Database and compliance monitoring: Query-level performance tracking and session-level audit trails for MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, and OracleDB, with ML-based access anomaly detection useful for teams that need data lineage visibility for India's DPDP Act.
Deployment options: Run KloudMate as a managed SaaS, or deploy KloudMate Infinity self-hosted on-premises or in a private cloud to keep all telemetry data within your own infrastructure and jurisdiction.
Pricing: Flat, predictable pay-as-you go pricing instead of per-vCPU, per-node, or per-agent billing includes a free tier, startup discounts, and enterprise plans.
Who it's for: Startups running workloads on AWS, mid-market teams operating Kubernetes clusters, and enterprises that need DPDP-compliant, India-resident observability without giving up enterprise-grade monitoring depth.
Highlights
- Agentic AI SRE that finds root cause and auto-resolves incidents: AI engine correlates signals across APM, Kubernetes, serverless, and databases to detect anomalies, pinpoint root cause, and resolve incidents automatically, cutting MTTR by up to 3x versus manual triage.
- Zero-code, full-stack AWS observability live in under 15 minutes: Connect AWS accounts with no agents or code changes to monitor EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, RDS, and 50+ services, plus Kubernetes, databases, RUM, and synthetic monitoring on one OpenTelemetry-native platform.
- India-first data residency for DPDP compliance: KloudMate keeps telemetry data within Indian jurisdiction by default, with KloudMate Infinity offering fully self-hosted, on-premises, or private-cloud deployment for regulated, data-sovereignty-sensitive teams.
