Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform through a single contract dimension priced per unit. You commit to a set quantity of Orchestra units up front, and the price scales with how many units you purchase. Orchestra gives you access to wireless, SD-WAN, and network service management through one portal, API, and bill. The unit-based structure lets you size your purchase to your deployment, whether you connect a few devices or thousands. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions here; all capabilities are delivered under this one contract-based unit measure.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does a single Orchestra unit actually map to when Globalgig bills me?
A unit represents connectivity access managed through the Orchestra platform, covering wireless, SD-WAN, and network service management. The platform tracks each SIM, device, and connection across your estate through one portal, API, and bill. Speak with the vendor to confirm exactly how units map to your specific device or connection count.
If my device fleet grows into new countries, does the platform handle that under the same units?
Yes. The same commercial model, platform, and support structure apply whether you run 10 devices or 10,000. When your deployment expands into new markets, your architecture grows with it. You add units to match the larger estate, without renegotiating the underlying structure.
How does pooled data affect cost across all my units and devices?
Pooled data gives your whole estate one combined allowance, so every device draws from the same bucket regardless of country or carrier. Unused data on quiet devices flows to busier ones. This reduces waste across large estates. Shared data instead tracks allowances per device or group for tighter per-device control.
