The Ten-Day Takeoff Service Package provides a streamlined and production-ready path to deploying HashiCorp Terraform. The goal is to offer hands-on technical expertise and provide recommendations to help you achieve a successful “takeoff” with HashiCorp in your environment.

Pre-Departure: Virtual Planning Phase

Meet with client to understand the requirements and resources, and jointly come up with an implementation plan.

• Verify system environment and prerequisites

• Develop implementation plan and scheduling

Boarding/Fasten Your Seatbelts: Deployment and Validation Stage

Client requirements are validated, and an MVP Terraform Enterprise instance is deployed. The instance is then prepared for production by upgrading and installation of backup and restore functionality.

• Validation of prerequisites, infrastructure
• MVP deployment (or OSS upgrade/migration) of Terraform Enterprise (TFE)
• Production hardening and operationalization focus sessions (TFE administration, upgrade, backup & restore)

Ready for Takeoff: Adoption and Validation Stage

Further MVP rollout of other modules like access control, integration with the client's version control system, and API or command-line interface workflows. Sessions with the client to validate and confirm the deployed product. Workshops are conducted on how to extend the the Terraform Enterprise instance for scaling and reusability.
