AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing starts with the Veritone Identify Base Software License. This license includes 5 user seats and a base-level database. From there, you scale in two independent directions. Add the Additional User Seat dimension for each user beyond the included 5. Add the Database Records Add On to expand the known offender database, priced per 100,000 incremental records. You buy add-on units only as your team size and database needs grow. All three dimensions are billed under a contract commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user seat for billing purposes?
A seat maps to one individual user account in the Veritone IDentify application. The base license includes 5 seats. Each person beyond those 5 who needs access requires one Additional User Seat unit. Seats are counted per user, not per device or per case.
How is the database size measured, and what happens as my records grow?
The base license includes a base-level known offender database. When your records exceed that base capacity, you add the Database Records Add On. Each unit covers 100,000 incremental records. You buy add-on units in these 100,000-record increments as your database expands.
Which dimension drives most of my cost as I scale?
All three dimensions bill independently and add together on one contract. The base license is your fixed starting cost. Beyond that, cost depends on your growth direction: user seats scale with team size, while database add-ons scale with your known offender record count. Either can dominate depending on your needs.
