Vendor refund policy
Strider has no obligation to refund any portion of the Fee to Customer. Upon expiration or termination of EUA, Customer immediately ceases using applicable Strider Materials and Products. Upon expiration or termination of EUA, Strider is not obligated to persist data associated with Customer account. Upon expiration or termination of EUA by Strider due to a breach by Customer, any undisputed amounts owed to Strider under EUA before such expiration or termination are due and payable.

Strider provides basic support services for onboarding and ongoing technical support for its products to all its customers.
A client success manager will be assigned to each member and will assist with initial onboarding and training. Throughout the term, the client success manager will hold periodic calls with the member to maximize the member results from Strider products and services.
Strider technical support team will assist the member via email as needed with any technical issues that arise in connection with the member use of the products during Strider business hours in the US Eastern time zone.
Support requests may be submitted by logging into the portal, "app.striderintel.com," selecting your account ID and clicking "Contact us."
