Overview
Recaster is a web-based live IP video stream distribution system designed to facilitate broadcast transmission and content redistribution across multiple devices and endpoints. It supports UDP, SRT (including Encrypted SRT), and RIST protocols, accepting multicast, unicast, and webcast sources. Recaster processes these streams for optimized distribution and delivers them to the appropriate endpoints. The system can be deployed in private data centers or on public cloud platforms, offering cloud-agnostic flexibility. Following product at the output supports both point-to-point and point to multipoint video streaming, with a maximum combined output of 160 Mbps.
