Overview
Quantwall
Quantwall is a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) / SDP platform providing secure, policy-based access to enterprise resources . protecting the modern workplace without VPN exposure.
Quantwall Gateway is a Zero Trust access gateway that protects the network perimeter using SPA (Single Packet Authorization)-based port-cloaking technology. For unauthorized users, the server's access ports appear as if they don't exist at all (stealth mode), fundamentally blocking any network scanning or attack attempts prior to authentication. Only after a user proves their identity through an SPA authentication packet does the port dynamically open, immediately establishing an encrypted channel via a WireGuard-based VPN tunnel. The Gateway enforces Access Policies distributed by the Controller in real time, applying micro-segmentation so that even authenticated sessions can only reach permitted resources. Going beyond the limits of traditional perimeter-based security, the Gateway operates as a Zero Trust data plane that minimizes the attack surface itself.
Highlights
- Encrypted from the First Packet Single Packet Authorization + WireGuard VPN secure connection, from the very first byte.
- Real-Time Policy Enforcement Policies from the Controller apply instantly even authenticated users reach only what's permitted.
- Stealth-First Security "If they can't see it, they can't attack it." Ports stay invisible until identity is verified.

64-bit (x86) Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Getting Started with Quantwall Controller
-
Launch the AMI Launch this AMI on a supported EC2 instance type (see Instance Types tab for recommendations). We recommend a minimum of [X vCPU / X GB RAM] for production workloads.
-
Configure Security Group Ensure the following inbound rules are open on your security group:
- TCP 22 (SSH) - for administrative access
- TCP 443 (HTTPS) - for the web management portal
Restrict SSH and management portal access to trusted IP ranges only.
-
Initial System Setup Connect to the instance via SSH using your key pair: ssh -i <your-key.pem> ubuntu@<instance-public-ip>
Run the initialization script to complete first-time setup: sudo /opt/installation/init_system.sh
This script configures the database, OpenSearch, Redis, and generates the initial encryption key hierarchy (KEK/DEK).
-
Access the Web Management Portal Once initialization completes, open a browser and navigate to: https://<instance-public-ip>
Log in using the default administrator credentials provided in contact@amgine.co.kr , and change the password immediately upon first login.
-
License Activation (BYOL) This is a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) product. After initial setup, enter your Quantwall license key in the Admin Portal under Settings > License to activate the product. To obtain a license key, contact contact@amgine.co.kr
-
Connect Gateway Servers To complete your Quantwall deployment, launch one or more Quantwall Gateway instances and register them with this Controller. See the Quantwall Gateway product listing and documentation for details.
