    Runecast Analyzer

     Info
    Deployed on AWS
Runecast is an enterprise IT platform which saves your Security and Operations teams time and money by enabling a proactive approach to ITOM, CSPM and compliance. It mitigates lost time and other costs incurred from troubleshooting often-complex issues only in a limited and reactive capacity - by proactively scanning those environments to discover potential risks and provide admins with remediation actions before any issues can develop into a major outage or security breach.

    Overview

    Play video

Runecast continuously monitors your AWS account (as well as Azure, Kubernetes and VMware technologies, and Windows and Linux OS) against best practices and a number of regulatory standards, highlighting where you might be missing out on recommendations and requirements, and how best to remediate them.

Runecast evaluates on-premises, hybrid cloud, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, VMware and even VMware Cloud on AWS.) Runecast now also offers the same level of depth and reporting for Windows and Linux OS. It offers this via a secure appliance which can be deployed into your AWS VPC, to Kubernetes via our Helm chart, or as a virtual appliance to your vSphere environment. It provides a single-dashboard view of your IT infrastructures, monitoring your public, private and hybrid clouds, as well as your cloud native apps running on Kubernetes.

Public Cloud: Runecast can check and evaluate your native AWS & Azure public cloud resources against industry Best Practices and also the CIS, GDPR, ISO27001, NIST and PCI-DSS regulatory standards, with additional standards regularly added. It provides insights into Kubernetes workloads too! Whether your K8s deployment is managed or you roll your own, you will benefit from the same best practices checks and reporting, as well as the CIS Benchmarks standard.

For on-premises workloads, Runecast uses the VMware Knowledge Base, vSphere Security Hardening Guide, Best Practices and various security standards - such as DISA-STIG, PCI DSS, BSI, GDPR, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, CIS, NIST and HIPAA - to analyze your vSphere, Horizon, NSX, vSAN, VMware Cloud on AWS configurations and proactively expose potential issues, enabling you to remove risks before they cause impact. Kubernetes is also supported here!

The ServiceNow plugin enables automatic raising of tickets in ServiceNow when new findings are detected.
