Overview
Grafana Dashboard
Shows Grafana metrics: ad breaks detected (number and duration), video transfer rates, resource usage. Easily track if a live channel is getting an expected number of SCTE-35 insertion events.
Because Ad-Flow must delay the stream to analyze it for ad breaks, the backup (secondary) input sent to MediaLive must also be delayed by the same duration. Delay-flow provides a low-cost way to generate this output.
Highlights
- Companion to Ad-Flow automated ad detection/SCTE-35 inserter. Provides a stream for the Secondary Input of MediaLive or other live encoder, with similar delay as the one produced by Ad-Flow.
- Cloud-Optimized: Lightweight Docker container designed for AWS Graviton, delivering cost-effective video processing.
- Real-Time Insights: Includes Prometheus metrics, Grafana dashboard and logging for complete monitoring and analytics.

Container image
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
