Colibri Digital’s Generative AI Proof-of-Concept (PoC) offers enterprises and SMBs an efficient and structured approach to quickly validate and demonstrate the feasibility of Generative AI solutions. Our AWS-certified experts use leading AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Nova, Claude, Llama) and Amazon SageMaker to rapidly develop and fine-tune foundation models tailored to your specific use case.
Within this 8-week structured engagement, we perform a rapid assessment to define your GenAI goals, identify the most impactful use case, and validate your business case. Our PoC is securely implemented directly within your AWS environment, ensuring compliance, security, and seamless integration.
Post-PoC, you receive comprehensive deliverables including a working prototype, an executive assessment report detailing the feasibility of your GenAI project, and a clear, actionable roadmap. Customers successfully completing the PoC are eligible for AWS PoC funding (typically offsetting up to 10% of PoC costs, capped at $25k).
This PoC serves as an ideal first step toward a fully scalable Generative AI solution, such as our GenAI MVP or full-scale Colibri Foundry implementation.
