Hosted on AWS, the Implicity solution focuses on remote care for individuals with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). The platform automatically gathers, normalizes, and standardizes data from any cardiac implant regardless of manufacturer and displays it on an integrated, intuitive platform for effortless interpretation. FDA-approved AI algorithms power the platform and provide cardiology professionals with crucial information, fostering improved patient outcomes.
Alert Prioritization: Evolve from transmission-driven monitoring. Isolate and identify actionable alerts for prompt and critical patient care.
Data Revolution: Move beyond manufacturer PDF summaries and dive into raw discrete data sourced directly from manufacturers. The raw data allows users to:
Engage with a consistent, sleek user interface, irrespective of the manufacturer.
Prioritize alerts so you can triage the most important ones first.
Leverage data for research, avoiding the inconvenience of scrutinizing PDFs.
Export data for various applications, including improving your billing process.

Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This platform uses a single pricing dimension: cost per patient per year. You pay one annual rate for each patient enrolled in remote cardiac monitoring. Your total cost scales directly with the number of patients you monitor. As you add or remove patients, your billing changes in step with that count. This is a contract-based model, so you commit to the platform over a defined term. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. The single per-patient unit keeps the pricing structure straightforward and tied to your monitored patient volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one patient for the per-patient-per-year charge?
One patient is a single individual enrolled in remote cardiac monitoring on the platform. Each enrolled patient with a cardiac implantable electronic device counts as one billable unit for the year, regardless of device vendor or how many transmissions they generate.
Does the per-patient price include clinical review services, or only the software?
The per-patient annual rate covers the software platform. Certified clinical review by IDTF partners is a separate, optional add-on. You can use the platform with your own internal staff, or outsource technical review and receive a single invoice covering both. Contact the vendor to confirm which is included in your agreement.
How does my cost change as I add or drop monitored patients during the year?
Your cost scales directly with your enrolled patient count. Each patient adds one annual per-patient charge. You can increase monitored patients without hiring extra in-house staff. For details on how mid-term enrollment changes affect billing, contact the vendor.
