This platform uses a single pricing dimension: cost per patient per year. You pay one annual rate for each patient enrolled in remote cardiac monitoring. Your total cost scales directly with the number of patients you monitor. As you add or remove patients, your billing changes in step with that count. This is a contract-based model, so you commit to the platform over a defined term. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. The single per-patient unit keeps the pricing structure straightforward and tied to your monitored patient volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One patient is a single individual enrolled in remote cardiac monitoring on the platform. Each enrolled patient with a cardiac implantable electronic device counts as one billable unit for the year, regardless of device vendor or how many transmissions they generate.
The per-patient annual rate covers the software platform. Certified clinical review by IDTF partners is a separate, optional add-on. You can use the platform with your own internal staff, or outsource technical review and receive a single invoice covering both. Contact the vendor to confirm which is included in your agreement.
