Centralized web-based AI workspace for employees.
Managed AI access without distributing provider API keys.
Automatic detection and redaction of sensitive information before requests are sent to external AI providers.
Custom data protection rules for organization-specific confidential information
Support for multiple AI providers such as OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude, Mistral, xAI, OpenRouter and OpenAI-compatible endpoints.
Self-hosted deployment within the organization's AWS environment.
Ideal For
AI Gateway is designed for organizations that:
Want to provide employees with access to AI without exposing provider API keys.
Need to reduce the risk of sharing confidential information with external AI services.
Require centralized governance and consistent security policies across AI provider.s
Prefer a practical AI adoption strategy without building a custom compliance platform.
Sensitive Data Protection
AI Gateway includes a built-in data protection layer that can inspect employee prompts before they are sent to external AI services. The platform can identify and redact personal data, financial information, credentials, API keys, internal identifiers, and other protected content, helping organizations reduce the risk of accidental data exposure.
Administrators can also define custom protection rules for business-specific information such as customer names, project codes, contract numbers, internal product names, and other proprietary terms.
Deployment and Governance
AI Gateway runs entirely within the organization's AWS environment. User tokens, AI provider credentials, security settings, and usage history remain under organizational control. Teams can work with multiple AI models through a single interface while maintaining consistent access controls, governance policies, and data protection standards.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Try this product free for 10 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour based on the AWS EC2 instance size you run this software on. Each dimension names a specific instance type, so pricing scales with the compute power you choose. Smaller shared-core instances like the t2 and t3 families suit lighter workloads. General-purpose m-family instances (m5, m6, m7, m8 and their variants) span from large to 4xlarge sizes for heavier demand. Larger instances carry higher hourly rates. You select one instance type to match your team's usage, and billing follows the hours that instance runs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one billing unit cover for this software?
Each unit is one hour that your chosen AWS EC2 instance runs this software. You pick a single instance type, such as m5.large or t3.medium. The hourly rate reflects that instance's size and compute power. Larger instances carry higher hourly rates. Billing follows actual running hours.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped?
The software charge meters running hours only. When you stop the instance, the hourly software charge stops accruing. Underlying AWS storage or other AWS resource fees may still apply while the instance is stopped, but those are billed separately by AWS, not by this software.
What capabilities do I get regardless of which instance type I choose?
Every instance type runs the same software: one managed interface that connects your team to multiple AI providers through a single point. Administrators manage the provider API keys. The gateway protects personal and sensitive business data automatically. Your instance choice affects only compute capacity and hourly rate, not features.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Launch the instance. The server is ready to use immediately after deployment and requires no configuration. During the initial server startup, the system automatically provisions an SSL certificate for the [ip].sslip.io domain to enable secure HTTPS access. In rare cases, SSL certificate issuance for the [ip].sslip.io domain may fail. If this happens, a warning message will be displayed when accessing the administration panel. To resolve the issue, stop the EC2 instance and launch it again with a different public IP address.
User management Web Panel:
https://[ip].sslip.io
http://[Public IP address]
use "admin" as username and your instance ID as password.
Linux username: admin
It is recommended to configure SMTP email settings in the control panel to enable the delivery of registration links for new users and password recovery emails.
In the administration panel, administrators create AI services that require a corresponding access token. After the token is provided, the platform can retrieve the list of models available from that AI provider.

The Netskope AI Gateway is a software layer designed to act as a gateway to intercept and secure traffic between AI agents and AI models (LLMs) esp, the east-west traffic that does not go through Netskope Edge.
Prisma AIRS API is an SaaS REST API designed to secure AI apps, models and agents against threats such as sensitive data loss, tool misuse, malicious URLs, toxic language, prompt injections and malicious code at runtime.
AI Runtime Security (also known as Prisma AIRS) is an adaptive, purpose-built solution that discovers, protects, and defends every component in the AI ecosystem, applications, models, and data from AI-specific and foundational network threats.
It stops evolving and zero-day threats, prevents data leakage from AI models and apps and safeguards models from misuse and attacks. This is done by combining continuous runtime threat analysis of AI apps, models, and data sets with AI-powered security to detect and stop attackers in real time. Security operations are streamlined because they are delivered as part of a unified security platform, eliminating the need for point products for AI.
