Journey to the cloud is a consultative process Pragma offers its clients, built on the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework. It allows us to define the path for structured and organized cloud adoption and the steps our customers need to take to realize the business value that AWS offers fully. This consultancy is performed in three stages where we get to know our clients in-depth, design the best cloud adoption strategy, and start the AWS cloud adoption path:
- Contextualization: This stage focuses on knowing the organization in detail to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities in each CAF domain, aligned with its strategic objectives.
- Design: This stage determines the guidelines to start the path of cloud adoption orderly, following AWS’s good practices.
- Launch: This stage aims to implement the Landing Zone, migrate the pilot application, and prioritize migrating the applications in the following stages.
