AWS Control Tower

Extensive inventory of the current customer environment including but not limited to: • AWS Landing Zone configuration • Organization account structure • Cloudformation StackSet structure and deployments • Logging data and consumption models • Security services and notification processes • IAM policies that may reference Org ID values • Networking configuration • Documented transition plan Based on the inventory process. A breakdown of various configurations and proposed options for transition into a Control Tower based environment. • Tooling used in Enrolling AWS Accounts Processes, runbooks or tools to enroll existing accounts into the Control Tower management framework. • Tooling for resource transition from LZ to Control Tower Processes, runbooks or tools to migrate possible CloudFormation Stacks from the AWS Landing Zone environment, into new management process for the Control Tower based Landing Zone.
