You buy Optima as an annual subscription priced by the number of assets you manage. The tiers scale in steps: up to 100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 25,000 assets. You pick the tier that covers your asset count, and pricing rises as the asset limit grows. If you manage more than 25,000 assets, the Enterprise Custom Pricing tier applies, with pricing quoted on request. Each tier covers the same platform; only the asset capacity differs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An asset is any item you track on the platform, including IT, IoT, OT, and non-digital equipment. Each device, machine, or piece of equipment you onboard counts as one asset toward your tier limit. You count total assets managed, not the number of users or locations.
Each tier covers a fixed asset ceiling, such as 500 or 1,000 assets. If your count grows beyond your tier, you move to the tier that covers your new total. Above 25,000 assets, the Enterprise Custom Pricing tier applies, quoted on request.
Every tier gives you the same platform. The tiers differ only in how many assets you can manage. Capabilities like AI onboarding, real-time monitoring, incident management, secure vendor access, and the intelligence dashboard are available regardless of which asset tier you choose.
