Overview

Teleport Implementation Services offers two distinct package types: onboarding packages for new customers and consultant packages for existing customers.

Onboarding Packages

Complete your initial rollout of the Teleport service to end users, enabling you to see value with Teleport swiftly. We will ensure your deployment is following current best practices by engaging with our Teleport deployment experts for a quick and successful implementation.

The implementation will focus around the following deployment milestones: Architecture Planning Bringing up the Teleport cluster Connecting resources to the Teleport cluster Finalizing advanced configuration elements Validating performance, break glass, and disaster recovery Enabling Teleport end users to start using Teleport

Essentials Onboarding Package (90 days from Effective Date) include: Onboarding Success Plan, Weekly Progress Reviews, Shared Slack Channel, Architectural Review, Third Party Integration Recommendations.

Standard Onboarding Package (120 days from Effective Date) include in addition to essentials package: Production Readiness Assessment, Remote Adoption and Enablement Workshop.

Advanced Onboarding Package (180 days from Effective Date) include in addition to essentials package: Customized Onboarding Success Plan, Advise Customer of Development, Up to 2 one-hour On-Demand Remote Meetings (by request), Production Readiness Assessment and Remote Adoption and Enablement Workshop.

Consultant Packages

Engage with a Teleport implementation expert during critical transitions in your Teleport environment to ensure a swift and successful project. Each package is tailored to provide consultative assistance during specific transitions in your Teleport environment.

Cloud Migration Consultant Package (45 days from Effective Date) is for customers looking to move from a self-hosted deployment to the Teleport-hosted Cloud offering. This package includes: Migration Success Plan, Weekly Progress Reviews, Shared Slack Channel

Supported Upgrade Consultant Package (45 days from Effective Date) is for customers looking for additional guidance on migrating through supported versions and setting up a sustainable upgrade process for the future. This package includes: Migration Success Plan, Weekly Progress Reviews, Shared Slack Channel

Highlights

Continuous Support: Continued support from the professional services team with weekly syncs and shared slack channel.
Assigned Engineer: Teleport implementation engineer assigned to provide technical support through a consultative approach.
Success Plans: The team will leverage our tested implementation plans throughout the engagement to ensure best practices learned through hundreds of engagements are implemented.
