Overview
adesso .nora is an agentic cloud operations service for AWS that adds a governed operations layer on top of AWS DevOps Agent. When your monitoring raises an alarm, AWS DevOps Agent investigates the incident in your own AWS account. adesso .nora turns that investigation into structured operations records in a dedicated Cockpit, so your DevSecOps and operations team starts with the root-cause analysis, the supporting evidence and a proposed remediation instead of a raw alert. There is no additional AI platform to adopt: .nora builds on the investigation agent from AWS and runs in your own AWS account.
What makes adesso .nora different is the operating discipline around the agent. Investigations are turned into ITIL 4-aligned records: incidents, a known-error knowledge base and improvement proposals. Known errors suggested by the agent count only after a human has validated them, and the agent searches this knowledge base in later investigations, so your operations improve with every incident. Critical actions that would change your resources remain under human approval, a requester cannot approve their own request, and agent activity is recorded for auditability. The result: faster, evidence-based incident resolution, less repetitive triage, more capacity for your team to develop services, and operations that stay controlled and traceable in regulated environments.
adesso .nora works alongside your existing monitoring and ITSM tools and does not replace them; ITSM connectivity is scoped together during solution design. It is deployed as a dedicated instance for your organization and delivered by adesso. Related AWS services: AWS DevOps Agent (investigation engine), Amazon CloudWatch (alarms and telemetry) and Amazon Cognito (Cockpit sign-in). AWS services, including AWS DevOps Agent, are billed by AWS separately from this offer.
