AWS Data led migration or DevSecOps centric Professional Services offering provides a broad scope of AWS platform and architecture advice to assist in adoption and optimization of AWS cloud services. Specific areas of focus may include the following, and other areas may be added as requested:

Understand business case and strategy for cloud adoption and optimization, and assist in refining these approaches to develop a cloud adoption and optimization roadmap. Assist with reviewing and analyzing current IT portfolio and architecture toward migration readiness and possible deployment patterns for in scope systems (for example, rehost, refactor, etc.). Assist with developing potential future state physical and logical AWS architectural models, using best practices for AWS adoption and migration into cloud. Recommend AWS platform services, and provide information and technical workshops about these services and tools. Assist is AWS cost and utilization modeling for select use cases. Provide information, technical workshops, and advice on best practices, tools, architectures, and approaches for Security, Automation, DR/Contingency, Governance, Operations, and platform services within AWS. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues Assist with creation and enhancement of automations and solutions
