Professional Services are available to help you with design, installation and configuration of Illumio products within your estate. Ensuring best practices are followed allows you to get the most from your Illumio investment. Our global team of consultants and project managers engage with customer’s project teams to integrate Illumio into your environment as seamlessly as possible. For customers that require additional resource assistance during the implementation phase, we can augment your existing teams with various Resident Engineer offerings. Training your teams is crucial to the ongoing success of your investment. Here at Illumio we understand that and to help you get the most out of your investment, we have created a number of training offerings to address your needs. For larger deployments we offer onsite or remote tailored 3- & 5-day instructor-led bootcamps. Additionally, to help your teams manage competing priorities effectively, we offer subscription-based training where individuals can consume unlimited 4-hour instructor-led modules over the course of a training subscription term. The opportunity to take advantage of our certification exams is included with all subscriptions. For customers who do not wish to complete certification, all of our training material, via pre-recorded self-paced modules, is available to registered users through the Illumio Support Portal.
