AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Redbird is sold as a contract with two billing dimensions. The Redbird Platform dimension covers full access to the platform. The Usage dimension is priced by Use Case, tied to the workflows your team automates. These two dimensions work together: one grants platform access, while the other scales with how many use cases you run. Contact the vendor to confirm how platform access and use case quantities are set for your team.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Use Case for the Usage dimension?
A Use Case maps to a specific workflow your team automates, such as an analytics, operations, or reporting task. Redbird's AI agents connect data sources, prep data, run analysis, build reports, and trigger actions within each workflow. Contact the vendor to confirm how your team's workflows are counted as Use Cases.
How do the Redbird Platform and Usage dimensions combine on my bill?
Both charges apply together. The Redbird Platform dimension grants full access to the platform. The Usage dimension scales with how many Use Cases your team runs. Platform access is a base charge, while Usage grows as you automate more workflows. Contact the vendor to confirm quantities for your team.
Can I run Redbird on my own infrastructure under this contract?
Redbird supports cloud-hosted, on-premises, and private VPC deployments. On-premises deployment suits organizations with data residency and governance requirements. The platform includes SOC 2 Type II certification, role-based access controls, single sign-on, and audit logging. Contact the vendor to confirm which deployment fits your contract.

What I like the most about Redbird is its intuitive and friendly interface. From the moment I started using it, I was amazed at how easy it was to learn how to use all the features. It has a fluid navigation and an intelligent arrangement of options, which facilitates fluidity in managing daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there is one aspect that I would like to highlight as room for improvement. While Redbird is tailored to different types of businesses, I find it can be a bit overwhelming for a small or growing business. It would be great to have a lighter version that is specifically tailored to the needs of emerging businesses.
