AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing has one pricing dimension: fluxclusterpack. You buy it in units, where each unit covers one Flux instance for a production cluster of up to 10 nodes. Pricing scales by quantity, so you add units as your production fleet grows across clusters. Non-production environments like development and staging are covered at no extra cost. Billing follows a yearly contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit of fluxclusterpack for billing?
One unit covers a single Flux instance running on one production cluster of up to 10 nodes. You add units as your production fleet grows. The offer counts production clusters or nodes, whichever limit is reached first. Development and staging environments do not count against your units.
What happens to my cost if I run development or staging environments?
Non-production environments do not add to your bill. Only production clusters or nodes count toward the units you purchase. Development and staging are covered at no extra cost, so you can test freely without increasing your unit count.
What does each unit include beyond the base Flux distribution?
Each unit includes hardened container images, continuous CVE scanning and patching, and 24/7 production support with response targets. You also get FIPS-compliant builds, security backports for the current Flux release plus two prior minor versions, and testing across recent Kubernetes releases.

GitOps adoption has improved security, automated upgrades, and streamlined compliant CI/CD

Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
I am using this solution for a trial for government adoption, in my home lab, and for a cloud trial. It ensures a smooth adoption of GitOps & Flux for Cloud ISV.
How has it helped my organization?
We've been able to automate all of the upgrades in Staging, build pipelines for automatic (attended) promotion, and improve our security posture while increasing visibility. The FIPS validation is required by some of our customers.
What is most valuable?
The Flux UI, semver automation, and a simplified FluxInstance allow bootstrapping with a protected main branch.
What needs improvement?
There needs to be more visibility on MCP and a streamlined guide to adopt with multiple LLM providers.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using this solution for 1 month.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have been a Flux open-source user for many years.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
If you cannot afford the price, talk to Control Plane and negotiate. They may be able to offer you a deal if you can provide your own support.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have considered driving CI/CD through a pipeline with various vendor solutions.
What other advice do I have?
Flux is the best CD solution for Kubernetes, and Flux Enterprise makes it enterprise-grade. With CVE Remediation SLA and FIPS Encryption Algorithm validated, this can be the solution to your enterprise compliance needs.

Flux CD - Enterprise Distribution Review
Reviewed on Nov 19, 2024
Review from a verified AWS customer
As Flux power users and early adopters (with Kops in 2017) we welcome this version and distribution.
Everything works as advertised and comes packaged in a sustainable way to meet our delivery and security needs. The documentation is solid, everything being copy past-able and functional.
By far, we find that the best thing about this is the fact that it is a self serving solution that can be now consumed straight from the AWS infrastructure with not need for any third party interaction.
Also this package comes with the Flux Operator which replaces the need for manual updates for Flux. So there's no need to go out and bring that from a third party either.
