To cancel your subscription, please email support@countercraftsec.com at least 15 days before your subscription's renewal date. Please note: CounterCraft bills in advance, and all payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

- Compatibility and Integration Support: As technology evolves, it's important for us to ensure that the software remains compatible with new operating systems, and browsers. Maintenance services involve updating the software to maintain compatibility.
- Feature Enhancements and Upgrades: Software maintenance can also involve us choosing to add new features, enhancing existing functionality, or incorporating user feedback. This helps our software evolve to meet market demands.
