Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The contract meters searches, not users. Each search you run draws down from your committed search count. Your package starts at 1,500 searches. Unlimited users share that pool, so any team member's search reduces the same total. User accounts do not affect the count.
Adding users does not change your cost. The contract covers unlimited users at no per-user charge. Only the number of searches performed drives your bill. You can expand your team freely, as long as total searches stay within your committed count.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of access and the user-friendly instructions provided by Cellebrite. It's very easy to understand how to use it, and the system conveniently guides me with instructions on how to proceed with extracting and importing data. Also, I found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are constant network errors that prolong initial access for devices. I typically have to hit retry numerous times. More bandwidth on the server side to account for traffic would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cellebrite lets me access data that can't be obtained through other means, with ease of access and user-friendly instructions. It's easy to understand and use, with clear instructions for extracting and importing data.
