Capabilities include work order management, scheduling and dispatch, customer management, asset/inventory tracking, and time/expense logging. All capabilities are available via mobile access, including real-time notifications and alerts.

    Key Capabilities:

    • Work Order Management: Create, assign, and track work orders from initiation to completion.
    • Scheduling and Dispatch: Optimize technician schedules, auto-assign jobs based on skill, location, availability.
    • Mobile Access for Technicians: Mobile apps (iOS/Android) for field staff to view tasks, update statuses, collect data.
    • Customer Management: View customer history, location, service level agreements (SLAs), and communications.
    • Asset and Inventory Tracking: Monitor field equipment, tools, and parts used per job.
    • Time & Expense Logging: Allow techs to log hours, travel time, and material costs in the field.
