Proven and Flexible Tracking
Over 3,500 facilities and 4,300 mobile providers rely on EMTrack. Capture data online, offline and via mobile across multiple organizations, for highly effective tracking of patients, evacuees and general population movement during a critical event, crisis, large scale public event or daily patient transports. EMTrack integrates easily with related technologies and operates optimally in austere environments in real time.
Inbound Patient Coordination
Notify hospitals in advance to prepare for high-risk patients, saving time and lives, with the EMTrack Incoming Patient Notification. Hospitals can proactively alert appropriate staff, reserve treatment rooms and mobilize resources.
Patient Tracking and Triage
Use portable devices, including mobile phones, to rapidly scan-in patients on-scene and track through triage, treatment, transfer, and hospital reception. Notify EOC about the number and acuity of patients on-scene, dispatch about the number of patients in need of transport, and hospitals about patients dispatched to their facility.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
EMTrack uses a single pricing dimension based on population served. You pay a per capita rate, meaning the cost scales with the number of people covered by the system. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. Your total cost rises or falls directly with the population count. This platform tracks patients across the care journey, from initial pickup through hospital discharge. Billing follows a contract model, so you commit to coverage for the population you serve.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the per capita unit mean for billing?
Per capita means the price applies to each person in the population your system covers, not each software user account or device. You count the total population served by your organization or jurisdiction. Your bill scales directly with that population figure, so a larger covered population raises your total cost.
What does EMTrack track, and what does the per capita rate cover?
EMTrack tracks the patient journey from EMS pickup through hospital discharge. The per capita rate covers this patient tracking capability for the population you serve. It integrates with resource visibility and data-sharing tools within the broader healthcare operations platform.
How does my cost change if the population I serve grows?
Your cost rises in direct proportion to the population count. Because pricing uses a single per capita rate with no tiers, each added person is charged the same rate. There are no step changes or thresholds; the total simply reflects the current population served.
