Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This annual contract combines two edition tiers with two usage-based add-ons. You choose either the Growth Edition or the Enterprise Edition as your base. Growth Edition caps file size, resource count, and indexed data. Enterprise Edition removes those limits and adds a premium SLA plus LLM alignment and fine tuning. On top of your edition, you buy Tokens to cover AI searches, LLM operations, and storage consumption. You also pay a monthly cost for each additional Knowledge Box beyond what your base includes. Tokens and Knowledge Boxes scale with usage, while editions set your feature and capacity level.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Tokens are consumption units drawn down by AI activity. They cover AI searches, large language model (LLM) operations, and storage of your indexed content. As search volume, LLM calls, and stored data grow, you consume more tokens. Each of these three activity types draws from the same token pool.
Growth Edition sets capacity limits: 1.5GB per file, 80,000 resources per Knowledge Box, and 50GB of indexed data. Enterprise Edition removes those caps, allowing unlimited documents and file sizes. Enterprise Edition also adds a premium SLA plus LLM alignment and fine tuning not offered in Growth Edition.
Your chosen edition sets your feature level and capacity limits. On top of that, Tokens bill by consumption from AI searches, LLM operations, and storage. Each additional Knowledge Box adds a monthly charge. All three appear together, so token usage and extra Knowledge Boxes drive most cost changes.
