Whether you're establishing, upgrading or modernizing your data ecosystem, this program provides a tailored evaluation by Chaos Gears cloud architects. The program also equips your technical team with skills to leverage AWS services such as Amazon Kinesis, Glue, EMR, Redshift, QuickSight, Lambda and OpenSearch effectively. There are four major steps in the process, described below:

Initial meeting We meet with your team to understand your goals, align on vision, and set the project scope.

Discovery call
You walk us through your existing infrastructure, outlining pain points and share your vision for the future. -
Design phase
Our team of experts delivers an assessment, including a detailed analysis of the current state, target architecture, key recommendations, roadmap of implementation, and a SoW to implement these recommendations. -
Handover call
We deliver the design phase deliverables to you and establish potential next steps.
The program overall takes us between 2 and 3 weeks and ends up with a comprehensive, technical report for your team.
