What do you like best about the product?
I like how they make it easier for non technical users even with AI. Their documentation is also easy to follow along and understand a new feature

Sometimes they talk about upcoming beta features but it falls thru the cracks. Impersonation for example

What do you like best about the product?
I use Domo as an interface to provide analytics for my company as well as the advisers I work for. I appreciate the availability of Domo to assist and provide cutting-edge solutions. Domo effectively solves the data governance and the data analytics and visualization problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed at which solutions are provided to be an issue with Domo. The time frame for receiving solutions could definitely be improved.

Domo solves my data governance, analytics, and visualization problems, providing an interface for analytics within my company and for advisors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Domo can make really good visual dashboards and the fact that it can connect to thousands of cloud connectors. This is great for us because we deal with data coming from so many different places, like Google Analytics and Snowflake. The cloud connectors, which are directly built with native AI, make it easy to correlate this data.

Connectivity with NetSuite, Ease of pulling data using Suite Analytics Connect, Ability to merge multiple data sources

I don’t find the cards easy to create but once created, no concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to parse apart aggregated data in alternative reporting formats not available in NetSuite or NSPB.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Domo's Magic ETL feature. It's so intuitive and easy to use for transforming data, whether you stick to low-code options or dive deep with custom SQL. The visual representation of the model is fantastic, allowing me to quickly grasp the different transformations without having to click on each tile. Plus, I love how it can be personalized with sections, colors, and notes to make it even more useful. Learning Domo was straightforward for me, as the learning curve is pretty flat. You can go from knowing nothing to being productive in less than a month, which I find to be one of Domo's strongest points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI when building apps isn't very intuitive and can get confusing at times. It opens a new table every time you edit in the analyzer, and then you have to close that tab and save the app again. This process is not a great experience and definitely needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to ingest customer data and create analytics artifacts. Magic ETL is intuitive for transforming data and building dashboards, which we embed in our platform for customers.
