Titan Forge is a governed agent-development and software-change platform for producing bounded code changes with policy gates, verification evidence, and auditable delivery workflows.
Titan Forge helps engineering teams coordinate AI-assisted software changes through governed, evidence-producing workflows. It organizes scoped work, policy checks, validation gates, test receipts, and review handoffs so autonomous or human-directed agents can contribute without bypassing organizational controls.
The platform is designed for bounded change generation, impact-aware planning, reproducible verification, and auditable delivery. Titan Forge does not grant unrestricted deployment authority: production promotion, permissions, and approvals remain controlled by customer-defined governance and delivery systems.
Highlights
Governed AI-assisted development workflows with bounded scope and explicit policy gates.
Durable verification evidence for tests, impact analysis, review, and delivery decisions.
Integrates with existing engineering controls while keeping production authority customer-governed.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Titan Forge offers three contract tiers billed by units. Each tier bundles a set number of developer seats and governed build runs per month. Forge Starter covers 2 developers and 25 runs. Forge Professional expands to 10 developers and 150 runs, adding policy gates and team reporting. Forge Enterprise scales to 50 developers and 750 runs, adding custom policy packs and priority onboarding. Pricing scales with team size and monthly build volume, so you choose the tier that matches your developer count and run needs. Support level also rises across the tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one governed build run for billing in each tier?
A governed build run is one bounded change that Forge processes through impact analysis, contract testing, policy gates, and a signed evidence receipt. Each attempt produces its own receipt and verdict. Your monthly allowance limits how many of these runs you can process before the next cycle.
What happens if my team grows past the developer count in my tier?
Each tier caps developer seats: 2 for Starter, 10 for Professional, and 50 for Enterprise. There is no automatic overage. To add developers beyond your cap, you move to a tier with a larger seat allowance and matching monthly run capacity.
Does Titan Forge deploy code automatically once a build run passes its policy gates?
No. Forge prepares reviewable changes but stops at a boundary it cannot cross. Merge and deployment start only from human approval, never from a Forge receipt. Changes stay subject to repository protections, independent checks, and your own deployment controls across all tiers.
