Overview
We follow a well-defined 5 step well-architected review process that includes:
Kick-off: Kick-off session to get an understanding of your workloads, gather pre-assessment details, explain the well-architected process, its benefits, and clarify any questions that you may have. Time commitment: 30 minutes - 1 hour
Finalize expectations: This call will focus on specifics of individual workload review, expectations from review and your SME's, any pre-work needed from your side before the review, the review logistics and the deliverables. Time commitment: 30 minutes - 1 hour
Perform Review: Our team of experts will interview your identified SME's for validating your workload(s) using AWS well-architected best practices and/or using one of our own custom lenses, as applicable. Time commitment: 2-4 hours per workload
Present Improvements: We present a comprehensive report of risks identified in your workloads across various well-architected pillars. We also present a prioritized plan with cost and timelines to remediate the risks in running your workloads. Time commitment: 1-2 hours

Risk Remediation: Our highly trained delivery team will work together with your team to remediate the risks identified during the review process. We have more than 4000+ highly trained cloud professionals so you can be rest assured that your remediation is in safe hands.
Note: You may be eligible for 5000 USD worth of AWS Credits at this stage. Time commitment: To be mutually agreed depending on scope and complexity of the risks.
Post remediation review/Sign-off: Presentation of pre and post-remediation review to help you better quantify the ROI obtained from engaging with us. Time commitment: 1 hour
