Incident Readiness Services In the constantly advancing cyber landscape, incident response (IR) and readiness is vital in preventing damage from being fatal. Improving IR helps to increase the safety of your data. Preparing for these incidents improves overall information security performance and empowers your organization to keep up with the constantly advancing cyberattacks. It is important to have plans in place to accelerate the mitigation of such attacks and navigate technological disruptions. Often in today’s cyber threat landscape, being reactive against cyber threats isn’t enough. Taking a proactive stance through threat hunting to actively seek out malicious activity and threat actors in an environment is important to detecting and responding to advanced threats – before they lead to a significant incident.

Cyber IR Cyber IR includes services to facilitate an enterprise-wide, end-to-end incident response capability to help clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents swiftly and efficiently. For our clients with AWS contracts, we use AWS cloud native tools and provide effective integration with your environment.

We offer both emergency and retainer services. Our retainer includes pre-established service level agreements to assist clients 24x7x365. Clients are provided a broad approach to IR to proactively prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents. If retainer hours remain by the end of the contract term, hours may be applied to strategic services such as executive awareness workshops, tabletop exercises, incident response and technical resilience readiness assessments, incident response simulations, proactive threat hunts, technical resilience assessments, and secure cyber vault construction.
