■Service Details This service is an “operational support service” designed to ensure the stable and efficient operation of AWS Glue. In addition to providing regular reports that visualize system operating status, job performance, and cost status, we offer transparent operational reports that summarize the history of troubleshooting and improvement proposals. Furthermore, we provide technical support and consulting services that cover related AWS services to support our customers' long-term use of Glue. Experts provide ongoing support for the “stable operation” and “continuous improvement” required after the introduction of an ETL platform, with a view to helping customers expand their use of Glue and develop in-house capabilities.
■Benefits ・Enables visualization and optimization of Glue operations Through regular reports summarizing AWS Glue job execution status, processing time, and costs, we make the overall system performance and cost structure “visible.” This makes it possible to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic operational improvements. • Centralized management of troubleshooting We centrally manage the occurrence, causes, and response details of any issues or operational challenges that arise during operation.
