You pay only for what you consume, so your cost rises and falls with actual usage rather than a fixed subscription. A 7-day free trial lets you test before charges begin. Usage draws on a credit-based system tied to compute hours and stored data, so more active clusters and higher data volumes increase the Units you consume. There are no separate add-on dimensions to select; all consumption rolls into this single metered charge.

A Unit maps to consumption on a credit-based system tied to running compute and stored data. Compute is metered by cluster hours, with credits accruing while a cluster runs. Stored data adds to consumption based on the compressed data you actually keep across storage tiers. Both feed into the same Unit count.
Compute credits accrue while a cluster runs, so idle or stopped clusters stop adding compute consumption. Stored data can still count toward your usage because it remains retained. Tiered storage balances cost by charging for the compressed data you keep, with hot, cache, and cold tiers reflecting access patterns.
Both compute and storage feed the same Unit meter and bill together. Compute usually dominates for active clusters running continuous real-time workloads. Prerequisites
- The Nodegroup should be running before access the MCP Server.
- The Token is required during the authentication. The Token is generated from Nodegroup->MCP Tokens.
