Tacnode introduces the Context Lake, a new infrastructure for real-time AI. Unlike data lakes or warehouses, it delivers always-fresh, decision-ready context. Read the Context Lake manifesto to see why this new category matters.
Act in real time, not after the fact: Skip batch delays. Stream data in and power insights or decisions the moment events occur.
Fresh, actionable data for both people and machines: Whether it is dashboards or AI inference, serve everything from one instant, trusted data layer.
Scale instantly, no rearchitecting required: Tacnode separates compute and storage, so you can isolate workloads, handle spikes, and grow elastically, without downtime or redesign.
Highlights
Instant at any scale: Deliver millisecond, fast insights whether you are querying megabytes or petabytes. Designed for ultra-low latency at any scale, even under the heaviest concurrency. Get the speed, scale, consistency, and simplicity your business demands, without trade-offs. Built to deliver it all, without the usual limitations.
Born for AI: Power AI-native applications, agents, and models with truly live, queryable data. No pipelines, no lag, no stale snapshots. Built to keep up with the speed of modern intelligence. Handle structured, semi-structured, time series, and more, all in one unified engine. No bolted-on solutions. Just native flexibility for analytics, ML, and operational workloads.
Postgres compatible: Seamlessly integrate without rewriting code or retraining teams. Tacnode speaks native Postgres wire protocol, so your tools, drivers, and queries work out of the box at any scale. Run transactions, analytics, streaming, and AI workloads on a single platform, no fragile stitching, no silos. One engine. All your data. All your workloads.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
This listing uses one usage-based pricing dimension, billed by Tacnode Usage measured in Units. You pay only for what you consume, so your cost rises and falls with actual usage rather than a fixed subscription. A 7-day free trial lets you test before charges begin. Usage draws on a credit-based system tied to compute hours and stored data, so more active clusters and higher data volumes increase the Units you consume. There are no separate add-on dimensions to select; all consumption rolls into this single metered charge.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Tacnode Usage Unit represent in concrete terms?
A Unit maps to consumption on a credit-based system tied to running compute and stored data. Compute is metered by cluster hours, with credits accruing while a cluster runs. Stored data adds to consumption based on the compressed data you actually keep across storage tiers. Both feed into the same Unit count.
Am I charged when a cluster is not actively running?
Compute credits accrue while a cluster runs, so idle or stopped clusters stop adding compute consumption. Stored data can still count toward your usage because it remains retained. Tiered storage balances cost by charging for the compressed data you keep, with hot, cache, and cold tiers reflecting access patterns.
What drives most of my usage — compute or stored data?
Both compute and storage feed the same Unit meter and bill together. Compute usually dominates for active clusters running continuous real-time workloads. Storage weighs more for large data footprints kept in cold or archival tiers with lower query activity. You pay only for compressed data actually used, based on real access patterns.
