Using the AWS Well-Architected Framework as a model, we offer insight into your workloads and guidance to improve reliability, security, efficiency and make the cloud good value for the money.

Our AWS Certified Solutions Architects leverage their expertise and years of AWS experience to undertake a deep-dive review into your existing AWS workloads and Cloud Infrastructure. We then recommend how these workloads can be re-architected so that they adhere to the best practices and meet your business goals.

From this we develop an action plan with you, to carry out recommended remediations. Once a plan is agreed we will also assist you in applying for $5000 of AWS service credits from AWS* to offset against the costs of us carrying out the improvement or remediation work.

Key features:

Full 2 day (Working Hours) review, deep dive session of the chosen workloads. The Review ensure your AWS cloud architecture has been reviewed using a consistent and structured approach as outlined by the AWS. The Review will cover 6 key pillars - Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimisation and Sustainability Report would incoporate all high-level and medium-level risks. An agreed set of urgent high-level risks remediated by us. An action plan to guide the remediation of the rest of the identified risks.
