Vendor refund policy
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed via AWS. Please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for the request. Refunds are not applicable on the 1-month duration package. Usage-based fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet AWS Marketplace guidelines.
