AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for Oracle Linux 9.3 running on your chosen Amazon EC2 instance. Pricing is usage-based, so you are billed only for the hours each instance runs. Each dimension maps to one specific EC2 instance type, spanning general-purpose, compute-optimized, memory-optimized, storage-optimized, and accelerated (GPU and inference) families. You select the instance size that fits your workload, from small burstable types up to large multi-core options. Larger instances carry a higher hourly rate. The software rate is added on top of the standard AWS infrastructure charge for that instance.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do I get for the hourly rate on each instance type?
Each dimension covers one Amazon EC2 instance type running Oracle Linux 9.3 packaged by Nuvemnest. The hourly rate pays for the operating system software on that instance. CPU, memory, and storage differ by instance family and size. The instance type you pick sets both its capacity and its software rate.
Am I charged the software rate when my instance is stopped?
The software rate meters running hours only. A fully stopped instance accrues no hourly software charge. You start paying again when you restart it. Stopped instances may still incur standard AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but those are separate from this software charge.
How does the software charge combine with my AWS infrastructure cost?
Two charges apply per running hour. The Nuvemnest software rate covers Oracle Linux 9.3. The standard AWS infrastructure charge covers the underlying EC2 instance. Both bill by the hour and appear together on your AWS invoice. Larger instance types raise both the software rate and the infrastructure cost.
