This trial listing uses usage-based pricing with a single dimension: one Authorization Processing Unit. You pay per unit consumed, so cost scales with how many authorization units you use during the trial. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. Each unit measures processing handled by the zero trust policy platform, which evaluates access requests in real time. Because it is a trial subscription, this dimension lets you test the platform's authorization processing before committing to a larger deployment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Authorization Processing Unit for billing?
An Authorization Processing Unit measures the work the policy engine does when it evaluates an access request. The engine uses attribute-based access control, checking user, device, resource, and context attributes in real time. Each authorization decision consumes processing capacity, and your usage is metered by that consumed processing.
How does cost change as I run more access requests during the trial?
Cost scales with the authorization processing you consume. The more access requests the policy engine evaluates, the more units you use. Because the platform re-evaluates access rights with each new request, higher request volume means higher usage. There are no tiers, so charges accrue directly with the units consumed.
Does this trial pricing require an upfront commitment or does it meter actual usage?
This uses usage-based pricing, so you pay for the Authorization Processing Units you actually consume during the trial. There is no fixed upfront quantity to commit to. Charges track the processing the policy engine handles, letting you test the platform before moving to a larger deployment.
