Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Active store holds live and fresh data for frequent access. Deep store holds historical or legacy data at rest. Open store supports searchable historical data. Assurance uses Deep store only. Continuity tiers between Active and Deep. Supervision tiers between Active and Open. Compliance tiers across Active, Live, and Open.
Each plan includes 100 GB of storage and 25 GB of export credits. When you need more capacity, you buy add-on packs for storage or export. The base plan does not expand automatically. Contact the vendor for add-on pack details and how they apply to your plan.
Storage covers the data you archive and keep in the tiered stores. Export credits cover moving data out of Vaultastic, such as extracting archived email. These are separate allowances. You get 25 GB of export credits per plan and buy add-on packs if you export beyond that.
