What do you like best about the product?
Exceeds expectations in bringing both products and services to market in a collaborative manner with a turn-key solution thats always available.
A great on-boarding team made the process of switching easier for our team.
Most APIs were available natively without custom retrofitting as I've experienced in the past.
The design team were on point in executing the brand vision in new and innovative ways all the way through to innovative documentation on our client- side. We never felt alone in the journey as the Customer service was par excellence.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some challenges with regard to 3rd party physical logistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the Mall for Women sellers to access a global audience as peers to other trusted brands whilst optimising sales from buyers in multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform designed for customer needs because it has most of the features for omni-channel capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the scale of the operations increase, bug management may take long lead times to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all inventory at one place with multiple sales channels, speed & performance.

What do you like best about the product?
No need to worry about peak times or how we will perform as we grow. I can only focus on designing the campaigns to grow. Akinon handles the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a small or mid level business, and don’t have a dedicated team on the software management side, then it might take some time to get unusual development requests done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omni-channel order and inventory management let's us save in logistics costs. Instore fulfillment capacities and phygital sales options improves our cash flow and inventory turnover rates. Much higher accessibility compared to past, no security breaches or rendering and glitching issues on the front end.
