Our Support and Operations service consists of three components:
- Incident response and resolution. Monitoring support channels for communications and alarms that indicate potential incidents. Performing root causes analysis and implementing both short- and long-term solutions.
- Maintenance. Ensuring the optimal performance of the resources we manage through updates, optimizations, and improvements. Ensuring critical systems like backup, observability, and CI/CD are in good working order. Implementing minor infrastructure changes to support changes to the software.
- Advisory. Our experienced architects and solution designers help you ideate, design, and evaluate opportunities for new feature development. We create project proposals for fixed-bid, on-demand projects (billed separately from the Support and Operations Service) that you can use to make value-based decisions on investing in your system.
We take a no-nonsense approach to make it easier for you to get the work you need done, done. You have direct access to our delivery managers and advisors, without the need for back-and-forth scheduling or going through an account manager.
