You pay based on usage, with two separate metrics that bill independently. The first metric charges per analysis request, so your cost rises with the number of lab report analyses you run. The second metric charges per report generation request, covering the creation of reports from medical documents. These are not tiers or bundled plans. Each activity is metered on its own, and you pay only for what you use in each category. There is no upfront commitment tied to these dimensions.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one analysis request versus one report generation request?
An analysis request is one review of a patient lab report by the system. A report generation request is one creation of a report from a medical document. Analysis reviews the data; report generation produces the written output. Each action is metered separately, so running both on one document counts as two chargeable events.
Which metric drives most of my bill — analyses or report generations?
The two metrics bill independently on the same invoice. Neither is bundled into the other. Your cost skews toward analyses if you review many reports without producing written outputs. It skews toward report generation if you create reports from most documents you process. Both charges apply at the same time when you do both.
Am I charged if I only analyze a lab report but do not generate a report?
Yes, you pay for each analysis request on its own. The report generation charge applies only when you create a report from a medical document. If you skip report generation, that metric does not accrue. You pay only for the actions you actually run in each category.
