You pick a plan based on how many client organizations you need to report on. The Basic Plan covers up to 10 orgs. The Super VCFO_25 Plan covers up to 25 orgs. The Super VCFO_75 Plan covers up to 75 orgs. Pricing scales with this organization limit, so you move up as your client base grows. Each plan is billed as a contract. The Super VCFO plans add account management and tailored training support beyond what the Basic Plan includes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An org is one client organization you report on. Each plan caps how many orgs you can include: 10 for Basic, 25 for Super VCFO_25, and 75 for Super VCFO_75. You add orgs as you take on new clients, up to your plan's limit.
You must move to a plan with a limit that fits your client base. On Basic, exceeding 10 orgs means upgrading to a Super VCFO plan. The change is not automatic; you arrange it through your account manager or the support team.
All three plans include Reporting, Forecasting, and Dashboard tools. The Super VCFO_25 and Super VCFO_75 plans add an account manager, customer success specialist, and tailored training. The Super VCFO_75 plan also allows unlimited dashboards. Multi is a separate upgrade, not part of these plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, customer support, Ease of implementation and integration to Xero budgets to 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be better in consolidation of accounts in group. But, overall its a great experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves manual data entry time, and ensures accuracy, Xero reporting name and spotlight reporting name as separate is a lovely option too.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent software that provides a management report in the click of a button via a seamless integration with Xero. Really helpful customer success & support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customisations on reports eg re-arranging columns, adding custom reports that includes both P&L & BS items (eg to show distributable profits).

What do you like best about the product?
Spotlight allowed us to consolidate hundreds of XERO entities into a single point of truth. Ethan was exceptional throughout the sales process and his knowledge of Spotlight has proved invaluable several times post-sale to help our team maximize our teams efficiency using their tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Spotlight reporting is great for consolidation, creating budgets & drivers easily. They also have a great onboarding process to make sure you and your company is well equipped to use the software to its fullest potential. Had a great time talking to Mel and she was very friendly and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside as an accounting partner is having to pay for 20 organizations upfront as part of their business model. From the perspective of a small firm, it takes time to onboard clients, and I would like this to scale up instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving analysis for the following - profit margins, cost/sales drivers, forecasting/sensitivity analysis, and the ability to do consolidation seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more USA GAAP reporting templates. Would be nice to use templates across multiple groups/reports. Really wish ther was custom date range functionality.
