Turn RTSP camera feeds into real-time face recognition, attendance, and searchable video events using cloud-native streaming, detection, and analytics workflows.
This video intelligence solution helps organizations turn existing camera infrastructure into a smarter, more efficient operations platform. It enables real-time face recognition, attendance tracking, visitor monitoring, and automated event detection, helping teams reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and respond faster to what matters most. Designed for businesses managing multiple locations, it supports use cases across workplaces, campuses, factories, warehouses, retail stores, and secure facilities.
The product combines live camera streaming, AI-powered video analytics, and cloud-based event management into a single solution that is easier to deploy and scale than building a custom system from scratch. Key capabilities include camera onboarding, real-time recognition, attendance workflows, alert-ready event outputs, area-of-interest configuration, and centralized reporting. Teams can use it to monitor employee presence, streamline attendance operations, improve site awareness, track repeat visitors, and generate actionable insights from video feeds without relying on manual review. This makes it valuable for organizations focused on operational efficiency, security, compliance, and service quality.

You pay based on actual usage, measured in two ways. The first dimension bills by the number of users tracked per hour. The second dimension bills by the total hours consumed per camera. Both use the same UserHrs unit and accumulate as you run the system. There are no fixed tiers or instance sizes. Your cost rises with how many users you track and how long each camera stays active. This lets you match spending to your real attendance-tracking activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the users-tracked-per-hour billing?
A user is a distinct individual the system recognizes against its face database during a given hour. The system detects and identifies faces in the live camera feed. Each identified person tracked within that hour adds to the UserHrs count for that dimension.
How do the two dimensions combine on my invoice?
Both dimensions meter independently and appear on the same bill. One accrues from users tracked per hour. The other accrues from hours each camera stays active. Your total cost is the sum of both. More cameras running longer raises the camera-hours portion, while busier sites raise the user-hours portion.
Am I charged when a camera is not actively running?
The hours-consumed-per-camera dimension meters active camera time only. A camera that is off or not streaming does not add hours. Likewise, the users-tracked dimension only counts hours when the system identifies people. Idle periods with no camera activity do not accrue usage charges.

AI Spark is a governed entry point for AI: a bounded operational use case connected through TomorrowX Data Mediation™, deployed into your AWS account, without replacing existing systems. Many AI ideas stall between demonstration and production because live workflows introduce real data, identity, approvals and risk. AI Spark connects the model to a meaningful but contained workflow through a governed mediation boundary, so data access, output handling and action are controlled and evidenced from the start. Organisations retain full control of infrastructure, security and network boundaries, including in regulated, secure and air gapped environments. Designed for partner-led delivery, AI Spark produces an operational proof with visible controls and evidence for business, risk and technical stakeholders, and a reusable capability for scaling AI adoption.
